Crystals have been used by indigenous peoples for millennia, they are
powerful energy regulators and can be used for balancing the body and releasing
old, worn-out patterns that inhibit individual, personal growth.
During this workshop you will learn about the different types of crystals,
their qualities and how they may be used, distressing, balancing your energy
fields, releasing old patterns of behaviour as well as how to look after them
and use them in your home.
